Try the finest and best known Riesling from the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer area. Passionate wine makers produce here some of the best wines of Germany. Experience the history and the wines of the largest Riesling-growing area of the world. 

Individual arrival until 01:00 pm, by bus we will then go to Trier. Here you will enjoy a roman combat and feel like in Roman times, when Valerius, the gladiator will tell you about his life. After this extraordinary experience, on your way to Saarburg you will pass the famous Scharzhofberg, where the most expensive Riesling is grown. The picturesque, medieval place is framed by vineyards. During a fine dinner you will have the opportunity to drink the elegant Saar-Riesling and learn more about history. Late in the evening you will return to the hotel (B&B). 
You begin your discovery tour in Piesport. A short walk will bring you from the Falkenberg through the vineyards of „Piesporter Goldtroepfchen“ down to an antique roman winepress. After the visit, you will travel along the Mosel passing famous historical villages such as Neumagen, Longuich and Mehring before you will arrive in Trier. In Germany's eldest wine-cellar you will enjoy some wines and hear some secrets well known in Germany’s oldest town. You will end your visit to Trier after tasting Roman herbal wine and wine rolls in the palace garden. The dinner will show you how life was like in the 2nd century AC, but you will enjoy today’s wines. Late in the evening you will return to the Hotel (B&B). 
First you will visit Bernkastel-Kues, the birthplace of the most important educated man of the region, Nicolaus Cusanus. After a short guided tour through Bernkastel, famous for its timber-framed houses, you will continue for Traben-Trabach.
In 1900 Bernkastel was the most important wine trading centre of Europe after Bordeaux. Even today the gorgeous Art Nouveau houses show as well as the castles the richness of the wine traders.
Then you will pass the Bremmer Calmont, the steepest vineyard in Europe, before arriving in Senheim. In the natural cellars you will experience the wine with all your senses.
You will see the roots of the Riesling, pricking the ceiling and hear the wines fermentation in special transparent barrels. You will taste selected Rieslings and home-made, natural vineyard-peach liqueur.
Finally in Cochem you will visit a historical mustard mill and learn quite a lot about the tradition of mustard, a tasting of mustards is included. You will enjoy your dinner in one of the most beautiful restored historical mill of the country. Later in the evening you will return to the hotel. (B&B).

For those, who don't want to travel home immediately, there is an option to stay in Trier. Visit the spa "Kaisertherme" where once the emperor took his bath and the cathedral.
