In the afternoon you will visit Bevagna, one of the most beautiful middle aged towns in Umbria. Later you will have dinner in the Country House La Gioia.
In the afternoon you may join a sommelier course in the wine cellar of the Country House. A skilled wine connoisseur will explain you the wines of the region. Afterwards you will have lunch.
The dinner will be served in the Country Hotel La Gioia.
This morning you will search truffles in the Valnerina, guided by a skilled truffle seeker and his truffle dog. You will have lunch with the truffle seeker.
In the afternoon you may visit Norcia – the secret capital of gourmets.

Today you will have another cooking course with a skilled cook. The theme today: Everything from the Umbrian garden. You will taste you self-made food at lunch.
In the afternoon the sommelier course will continue in the wine cellar of the Country House.
You will have dinner in the Country House La Gioia.
After breakfast you will drive to the pilgrimage place Assisi, where St. Franz lived. At noon you will have a picnic at the fortress of Assisi.
In the afternoon you will visit the wine cellar “Rocca di Fabbri” and taste the D.O.C.G. – wine Sagrantino.
You will have dinner in the Country House La Gioia.
After breakfast you will travel home.
